Hi, I'm Andrew Mishlove of Mishlove & Stuckert. Let's talk about the time limits that you might have in a drunk driving case in Wisconsin. If you took a chemical test and the result was over the legal limit, you might get a document called a Notice of Intent to Suspend. And buried in the fine print of that document is a 10-day time limit to respond or you will lose your driver's license. So it's not your court date that's important, it's that 10-day time limit. So be careful about the time limits and call a qualified law firm. At Mishlove & Stuckert, we're here to help.
